Post Run Yoga Stretch:

7am Run (yoga stretch segments start at 8:45)

After your Baltimore Marathon training run, stick around for a quick yoga stretch session with Karen Dubs. Starting at 8:45 and running every 15 – 20 minutes, Karen will lead you through a restorative Yoga for Runners flexibility sequence. Drop in at any time after your run
(the sequence will repeat – Do it once, or repeat it several times!)
No yoga experience required. Bring a big beach towel
(or yoga mat if you have one, or be prepared to sit or lay on the grass)
