This 6 week session is perfect for athletes or anyone who thinks stretching is boring or yoga is not active or challenging enough. Experience the benefits of an athletic, movement-based yoga to increase strength and flexibility and improve athletic performance.

Int-Adv
This fast – paced 6 week session is ideal for athletes or anyone wanting to increase functional strength, flexibility and balance. Using your own body weight and moderate equipment, challenging poses are combined with deeper stretches, encouraging the balance between strength and flexibility / effort and recovery. Experience Required.

This 6-week session is ideal for the off-season athlete who needs to recharge and recover. The session allows you to take an active recovery with restorative flexibility sequencing and is perfect for post season to speed recovery, reduce muscle tension, soreness or fatigue.
