Classes range from challenging and fast paced to build agility, flexibility and strength to slower moving, restorative formats for recovery & flexibility.
All classes can be customized for a variety or sports and are designed to create a more adaptable, athletic body.

ATHLETIC POWER FLOW 1

This 6 week session is perfect for athletes or anyone who thinks stretching is boring or yoga is not active or challenging enough. Experience the benefits of an athletic, movement-based yoga to increase strength and flexibility and improve athletic performance.

 

 

ATHLETIC POWER FLOW 2
Int-Adv


This fast – paced 6 week session is ideal for athletes or anyone wanting to increase functional strength, flexibility and balance. Using your own body weight and moderate equipment, challenging poses are combined with deeper stretches, encouraging the balance between strength and flexibility / effort and recovery. Experience Required.

 

 

ATHLETIC SLOW FLOW
Recovery
& Flexibility

Can't touch your toes? Cringe at the thought of stretching?
This 6-week session is ideal for the off-season athlete who needs to recharge and recover. The session allows you to take an active recovery with restorative flexibility sequencing and is perfect for post season to speed recovery, reduce muscle tension, soreness or fatigue.
All fitness and experience levels.

 

 

ATHLETIC FUSION FLOW
Pilates & Yoga combo incorporating
Weights & Stability Balls


Two workouts in one! Fusion of Athletic Yoga and Pilates using light weights, stability and core balls for Core strength, total body conditioning, and flexibility. Great cross training for sports conditioning. Int – Adv fitness levels.

Challenge and balance your body and your mind!  This workout combines Spinning … the ultimate in cardio conditioning, endurance and fat burning with Yoga for increased flexibility and balance.
