YOGA FOR TRIATHLETES
3 pose sequence
The 3 Pose Sequence are standing poses that can
be done in less than
10 minutes in your sneakers
and without a yoga mat.
ENERGY
8 Pose Sequence - Part 1 Inspired by the Yoga Sun Salutation, this 8 pose
sequence increases range of motion and builds
functional flexibility. This takes about 10-15 minutes.
ENERGY
8 Pose Sequence - Part 2 Building from Part 1 of the Energy Sequence,
adding 5 poses for a more complete total body warm-up, increasing upper body and core strength as well as
lower body flexibility
FLEXIBILITY AND RECOVERY SEQUENCE This sequence can be done on a daily basis
immediately after a bike or run to reduce muscle
tension, open tight hips, speed recovery, and loosen
quads and hamstrings.
