Karen Dubs is a Registered Yoga Teacher and ACE Certified fitness professional with over 15 years teaching experience including top rated resort spa, Canyon Ranch.

She is a Mind Body Trainer at the Maryland Athletic Club & Wellness center, and has trained a wide range of professional and recreational athletes and clients in Baltimore, MD including triathletes, runners, cyclists and football players from The Baltimore Ravens.

With the unique ability to integrate experience as a fitness professional with yoga & Pilates training Karen offers a style that's fun and full of variety while centering and challenging. She trains clients privately, teaches group specialty classes for athletic conditioning, and also teaches on-site corporate fitness classes.
